Mecof - Italian Turning Excellence Based in Modena

Mecof is an Italian turning excellence based in Serramazzoni (MO) specialized in turned components for hydraulics and precision mechanical processing.

It was officially established in 1996.

Since 2005 the company has specialized to operate in the field of hydraulic turning.

Therefore, we can consider our company as young and dynamic, which was born from experiences in the mechanical machining sector and then oriented and specialized in the turning of hydraulics components.

Flexibility, professionalism, punctuality and precision are the main characteristics of Mecof which initially worked mainly for the customer Tarp SPA (then Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SPA) and Vis Hydraulics and is now proposed as a possible partner to other companies of the hydraulic sector.

Mecof – Italian Turning Excellence is a company based in Selva di Serramazzoni, near Pavullo (Modena), and currently has a workforce of about 80 employees.

In October of 2013 the company Vis Hydraulics Srl, main customer, has acquired the majority of shares in the company Mecof.

The plant of Mecof is a few kilometers from Vis Hydraulics plant, with a surface of 4,000 sq mt.
